Lifetime Emergency or Incarnation Challenge?

Received diagnosis yesterday. Fibroscan shows an increase in liver fat and fibrosis compared to prior scan. Began supplements as reccomended by Drs. Phillips.
What is governing my healing at this time? Het Heru Hetep, Hexagram 58, lines one and three, moving into 29. compliments are 52 and 30.
In a group meditation a few days ago, I saw myself laughing and enjoying the company of my doctors and friends, celebrating the news that I was completely healed. I had visualized this many times for others. This time it was me blowing out the candles on my 90th birthday cake.
Key take-aways from Hexagram 58. My Incarnation Objective is Het Heru Hetep, which, like 58 is all about the correct understanding and function of joy in life. What keeps coming back to me is the three mansions of Het Heru: The enjoyment of earthly/sensual things, the enjoyment of social interactions, and the enjoyment of spiritual growth and enlightenment. 58 talks about enjoying "things" and feelings without letting them take one over, and the "Image of joyousness. Thus the superior man joins with his friends for discussion and practice." Then it talks about the "great liberation" in which one is no longer bound by the enjoyment of earthly things, but rather is led by the knowledge that true joy is within. This joy depends on the ability to be still - at peace - in any circumstance (52 - the mountain, keeping still). Though one may be in a seemingly "negative" situation (the abyss, hexagram 29) that one cannot easily escape, there is no need for anxiety or fear if he is able to just flow with it, for all water eventually flows out into the open sea.
