Medicine, Music, and Mad Sunshine
Sometimes in a difficult situation, the best thing to do is just go with the flow.

Actually getting out of bed is a great way, if you are able, to start any day. Tudca, electrolytes, creatine, qi-gong, libation, meditation, and five tibetan rites before going out the door. Yesterday was on the treadmill so steps were nice and brisk outside in today's sunshine. A good day - about 7500 steps, or three miles. Back home, more electrolytes and Dr. Atangua's Power Shake. Then the Brian Johnson Black Lentils with cauliflower and brocoli breakfast. Some more supplements, then there was time to check a couple of things off my list in preparation for meeting with the tax accountant next week - paying some bills, etc.
Will be helping Gretta with her "In Silence" album next week - piano, bass, violin and reeds. Looking forward to it.
The highlight of the day tho was a conversation with a good friend about NuTown. The person knows who they are, but their insights into how to frame an "initial contact" presentation were invaluable in helping to draft the current "about" page.
